Bella Design Jewelers at 8560 East Washington Street, Chagrin Falls, Ohio.

After dealing with a very snobby shopkeeper at Chagrin Fine Jewelry, a friend suggested I go to Bella Design. I had just given a necklace to my god daughter, but hadn't noticed a knot in the chain. Bella Jewelers could not have been kinder to me They fixed the knot while I waited so I could redeliver my gift. I will gladly take my business to them in the future, as it was clearly not valued at my first stop (where I have previously been a customer).
