My experience with Bill Collins was not pleasant. When failures in his repairs resulted in him having to investigate an EPC code with an Audi dealership...Bill worried about his needs before my own.
As my car was in his hands, I tried to communicate with him in regards to what he would do if the car was his own. Bill was insensitive to this and threatened to have me pay for his misrepresentation with the Audi dealership and made a phone call to Enterprise Rental Car saying he wouldn't pay for the rental he had me in.
Ultimately, I had to work with Progressive to rectify the situation with my car and Bill. When Bill spoke to Progressive, his only concerns were his own. The people at Excalibur in the back of the house did a great job with my car, but Bill in the front of the house alienated me in respect to a problem he couldn't fix.
Didn't want to post this Bill, but all I wanted was my car to be fixed, you mishandled communication with the dealership, myself and Progressive and I will go out of my way now to tell people about my bad experience and not recommend people to work with you. Doing the right thing would have STILL resulted in Progressive paying for what you did and I would have shared what could have been accordingly.
