I have been treated rudely by Hedges' staff and decided not to return. I told my husband I would like a few more Alex and Ani bracelets for my January 23 birthday. Unfortunately, he purchased two bracelets from Hedge's in December. I already have one of the bracelets and I didn't really like the other. My husband went to return the bracelets today and they said their policy is items purchased at Christmas time must be returned by January 7. He could not return them. Just another reason to be unhappy with this store.
